Preparing for the arrival of your new baby can bring about both excitement and anxiety. This comprehensive program will prepare you and your partner for the birth of your baby and the transition into early parenthood.
These classes are informative, inclusive and interactive and the program was created by a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse/ Lactation Consultant and Clinical Social Worker.

Co-ed social-emotional connection group for neurodivergent kids/youth ages 10-13 years and 14-17 years. The Main themes covered include:

Beats By The Feet offers fitness classes such as Zumba and Mom & Baby fitness.
It also offers Zumbini classes which is an early childhood program that uses music, movement and instrument play to develop a child’s social, emotional and motor skills.
Shannon has a passion for teaching, children and dancing, and after the birth of her first son she decided to turn those passions into a small business offering a few selections of classes in Airdrie.
Zumbini is an early childhood program that uses music, movement and instrument play to develop a child’s social, emotional and motor skills.
It is designed for children 0-5 years old and their parents, and this is one of the only classes in Airdrie where siblings can attend the class together with a parent.

Baby Steps is a parent & baby exercise class.
The parent wears the baby in the carrier for 30 minutes of gentle cardio, and the class ends with 15 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes to chat.

Facilitators: The Aphasia Support Group is led by Breanna Wieler - Registered Speech Language Pathologist & Renee Zorz - Social Worker who has experience with facilitating Aphasia groups.
Who can register? Individuals belonging to any age-group, post-stroke victims, and people with Aphasia

You might catch us all throwing axes, driving balls/putting at the golf course, or shooting pool.
The second Thursday of each month from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
Packages include a fitness assessment, forms review, goal setting, program design, and follow-ups at home, or in the clinic
exercise therapy and programming for those who like to mix their social time with their sweat.
