Babble & Bloom: Join us for an evidence-based early language program designed for parents & toddlers

Thursdays 10-11 AM - 4 weeks - Starting April 9

Babble and Bloom Program

A SLP-led early language program

Babble and Bloom is a small-group, evidence-based early language program designed for toddlers (aged 6-18 months) and their caregivers. Led by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, this four-week series focuses on simple, practical strategies you can use in everyday routines to support your toddler's communication without pressure and expectation.

Thursdays 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Each session blends guided play, caregiver coaching, and a group discussion to help participants understand how language develops and what actually makes a difference at this age, and stage of a toddler's development. Our goal is for you to leave feeling more confidence, more connected with your child, and more empowered to support your baby's communication at home.

Children are welcome to move, make noise, eat, and have their needs met throughout the session (it is all a part of the experience)

What can you expect?

  • Weekly SLP-led group sessions
  • Interactive coaching
  • Take-home visual resources
  • Q&A and individual guidance
  • Supportive and judgement-free space
  • Perfect setting for parents who want to encourage early sounds, gestures, and first words
  • Learn what is expected at your child's age and stage, and when to seek extra support with language skills
  • Build confidence supporting language through play and at-home routines

Group Program: $225 + GST

Program runs on April 9, April 16, April 23, and April 30

injuries and sports performance

Sports and physical activity are excellent for child and teen health, fitness, and self-esteem (at any age). Active youth benefit in many ways, but sports and exercise injuries can happen because they are still growing and vulnerable to unique sports injuries that can limit participation and affect long-term development and musculoskeletal growth.

  • PT assessment to rule out fracture or growth centre injury
  • Advice on acute care
  • Education on taping, bracing and modification of activity
  • Manual therapy

infant and toddler

The first few years of a child's life are critical to their growth and motor development. Optimum motor development occurs when infants and toddlers explore different environments and experience diverse movements.

Sometimes, health issues can disrupt growth and motor development, but with the support of a PT, infants and toddlers can develop good movement for life.

speech & language therapy

Our speech & language pathologist has witnessed the tremendous impact it can have on individuals in various ways. Having been a client of a speech-language pathologist (SLP) herself when she was younger, Breanna fondly remembers the fun she had during therapy sessions. However, she also recalls the frustration she experienced when she couldn't effectively express herself.

Our speech & language pathologist creates a safe and enjoyable environment and works with toddlers, children, and adults.
